All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

We offer standard shipping across Australia.

Shipping fee: AUD $9.95

Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD $100.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, high-volume periods, or remote delivery locations.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are packed discreetly, with no product details shown on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only.
