Returns and Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence. Please contact us at support@naughtylabpro.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, unless the product is faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@naughtylabpro.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or video may be requested to help us assess the problem.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
• opened or used intimate products
• products with a broken or removed hygiene seal
• gift cards
• clearance or final-sale items, unless faulty or otherwise required by law
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Order cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@naughtylabpro.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed or dispatched.
