We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Due to the personal nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened, used, or removed from its sealed packaging.
Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to the instructions provided. Naughty Lab is not responsible for issues caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
