Shipping Policy

Naughty Lab ships from Melbourne to Australian addresses only. We aim to make every order private, clear and easy to track.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Standard shipping: $11 AUD
Express shipping: $15 AUD
Free standard shipping: Orders of $100 AUD or more

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Standard: approximately 3–10 business days
Express: approximately 1–4 business days

Regional and remote destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or severe weather.

Discreet Packaging

Every order is packed in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No adult-related wording or product description appears on the outside of the parcel.

Tracking

Tracking is included. Once your order is dispatched, Shopify will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow a short time for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact support@naughtylabpro.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the parcel is dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@naughtylabpro.com. We will help investigate with the carrier. Please keep the parcel and packaging if an item arrives damaged and send us clear photographs.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you. A new shipping charge may apply before it is sent again, except where the return was caused by our error.
